Wind Load Calculation.

Wind forces could be computed by Usfos, for both static (pushover) and dynamic analysis. If a static analysis should be performed the "MAXWIND" has to be specified in addition to the Aerodynamic input (WindField, W_Coeffs and ElmCoeff).
