EigenValue Calculation

The eigenvalue calculations could be performed during a dynamic simulation using the commands:

EigenVal Time 1.0 ! Perform eigenval calculation at time=1.0sec
EigenVal NumberOf 20 ! Try to compute 20 vercotrs
EigenVal Algorithm Lanczos ! use Lanczos algorithm
EigenVal ModeScal 2 ! Scale modes with factor 2 for easier visualization

The EigenVal command is extended from version 8-5.
